KCPerformance is specialized in diesel technology. This also includes problems with modern diesel engines. This Volkswagen Golf 2.0TDI was having problems with his EGR and DPF. After our inspection of the Golf MK6 we saw that the bushings in the front tailing arms were worn. We started by solving the EGR problems. We solved the problem by a combination of hardware operations and some modifications in the software. We also modified the DPF regeneration for a better regeneration process. The bushings in the front trailing arms were replaced. As we replace parts, we rather replace it by an uprated part. That is why we fitted Whiteline polyurethane bushings in the front trailing arms for sharper steering and more response from the road. The wheels were correctly aligned to take as much advantage as possible from the new bushings. All the problems of this Golf VI were solved and it received a little extra update by installing better polyurethane bushings. It became a Volkswagen with a little extra kick.
